President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko commanded to cease fire in the east of Ukraine from June 20, 22:00 to June 27, 10:00.

At 19:15, the meeting in the camp of the Counterterrorist operation was finished. The meeting was attended by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, First Deputy Head of the Counterterrorist Center of the Security Service of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko, Commander of the National Guard Stepan Poltorak, NSDC Secretary Andriy Parubiy, Minister of the Interior Arsen Avakov and representatives of the Border Guard Service.

The Head of State emphasized that the given phase of the peaceful plan is being conducted in coordination with the OSCE inspectors and has a clearly limited period for those who supports the plan of the President to have an opportunity to lay down their weapons.

The President called on everyone to support the actions aimed at peaceful settlement of the situation in the east of Ukraine. At the same time, Petro Poroshenko emphasized that “in case of an armed attack on the Ukrainian units or civilians, our servicemen will open fire in response”.
