President Petro Poroshenko has sent a letter to Vladimir Putin with a request to fulfill the Minsk agreements and liberate all the hostages, including Nadiya Savchenko. It was stated by the President in the interview to the Polish TV channel TVN-24.

"The day before yesterday, I sent a letter to President Putin the key element of which was the demand not only to cease fire and fulfill the Minsk agreements, but also to liberate Nadiya Savchenko and all the hostages," the Head of State has informed. He has reminded that the PACE also demanded the liberation of Savchenko, for she had become a delegate to the Assembly.
