President Petro Poroshenko has held more than five-hour talks with Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and President of France Francois Hollande.
The parties have called for the immediate ceasefire, withdrawal of foreign troops from Ukraine, pullback of heavy armament, border closure and liberation of all hostages.

The interlocutors have supported peaceful resolution of the conlfict in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and are hopeful that Russia is also interested in that.
Petro Poroshenko, Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande have discussed the ways to implement the Minsk agreements, which are the basis for the resolution of the conflict. They have also elaborated joint proposals on future steps.
