Heads of foreign states and governments arrived to Kyiv to honor the memory of heroes who fought for the decent European future of Ukraine a year ago.
Particularly, President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite, Poland - Bronislaw Komorowski, Germany - Joachim Gauck, Moldova - Nicolae Timofti, Georgia - Giorgi Margvelashvili, Slovakia - Andrej Kiska, as well as President of the European Council Donald Tusk.
The events will also be attended by Prime Minister of Latvia Laimdota Straujuma, Estonia - Taavi Rõivas, President of the Congress of Deputies (Spain) Jesús María Posada Moreno, Vice-President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria Dimitar Glavchev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Lubomír Zaorálek, French Secretary of State for European Affairs Harlem Désir, Parliamentary State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary László Szabo, Vice-President of the European Parliament Ryszard Czarnecki, Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Advisor to the President of Romania on the National Security Adrian George Scutaru, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ireland to Ukraine (concurrently) Alison Kelly.
The foreign guests and the Ukrainian President will visit the exhibition "Presence. Proofs of Russian troops' aggression on the territory of Ukraine" opened on Mykhailivska Square.
Then, they will participate in the March of Dignity that will take place on Instytutska St, Shovkovychna St, Hrushevskoho St and European Square.
The event will end up with the Prayer for peace on Maidan Nezalezhnosti and the commemoration of the fallen Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred near the memorial cross on Instytutska St.
