The parties have emphasized the need for increasing the number of OSCE observers and technical equipment of the mission for speeding up the deployment of OSCE observation points on the collision line.

The parties have discussed the introduction of further sanctions against Russia and their continuation until complete fulfillment of the Minsk agreements, particularly the restoration of control over the Ukrainian-Russian border.

The parties have also discussed future visit of the Ukrainian President to Germany that will take place in March.
