Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk urged New Zealand as a competent member of the United Nations and a member to the UN Security Council to support the efforts of the entire civilized world and to take effective measures against the RF in connection with the unlawful verdicts for Oleh Sentsov and OlexandrKolchenko. The Head of Government declared on Tuesday, August 25, during his meeting with Wendy Hinton, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of New Zealand to Ukraine (non-resident).
The Prime Minister of Ukraine named it "yet another manifestation of the dictatorship in the Russian Federation".
"Justice is absent in Russia. And it is a challenge for the international community," he stressed.
"We expect that, the entire free world will join us to resist Russian aggression and injustice," accentuated the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine thanked New Zealand for its consistent support for the struggle of the Ukrainian state to protect its territorial integrity and sovereignty.
In addition, during the meeting the parties discussed intensifying of cooperation between the two countries at the top level, the deepening of collaboration between business circles of Ukraine and New Zealand.
