Official meeting ceremony between President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev took place in Astana.

Anthems of Ukraine and Kazakhstan were performed in the hall of solemn ceremonies of the Akorda Presidential Palace. The President attended the ceremony together with his wife.

The Heads of State passed along the honor guards of Kazakhstan and presented the delegations of their countries.

Upon completion of the ceremony, the Presidents started a meeting in vis-à-vis format.

Then, the parties will conduct negotiations in expanded format.
