Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin arrived in Berlin to participate in the "Normandy format” foreign ministers meeting, planned on November, 6.

Ukraine is interested in keeping positive tendency in the Donbass region. Being devoted to the implementation of the Minsk agreements, Ukraine relies on full and comprehensive fulfillment of the undertaken commitments in security, political, social-economic and humanitarian areas by the parties, including Russia.
