The President started a one-day working visit to Lithuania.

The agenda of the visit provides for the meeting with President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė in vis-a-vis format and participation in the Eighth session of the Council of Presidents of Ukraine and Lithuania upon completion of which a series of bilateral interstate documents will be signed.

Following the session, leaders of Ukraine and Lithuania will have a joint press conference.

Also, the agenda of the visit includes participation of the Presidents in the Ukraine-Lithuania business forum.

In the afternoon, the President will have a meeting with Speaker of the Seimas of Lithuania Loreta Graužinienė and Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius.

The President will also meet with Ukrainian community of Lithuania and visit the monument to Taras Shevchenko in Vilnius.

In addition, the President will give an interview to the leading Lithuanian TV channel LNK.
