This was indicated during Ukraine-Georgia political consultations on November 27 in Kyiv. The delegation of Ukraine was headed by First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Natalia Galibarenko, the delegation of Georgia – by Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Davit Jalagania.
The sides discussed in details priority tasks of bilateral political dialogue and schedule of high-level meetings for the near future.
Special attention was attached to intensification of interaction and strengthening mutual support between Ukraine and Georgia within international organizations aimed at consolidation of international support for Ukraine and Georgia against Russian aggression.
Following the meeting the sides agreed to continue sharing experiences in the sphere of European integration, particularly as regards implementation of the Association Agreements with the EU and visa-free dialogue. It was also agreed to coordinate positions on pressing issues of international agenda.
During the consultations the sides reconfirmed their support for territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine and Georgia.
