Thursday, March 19, during the working visit to Brussels Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine familiarized his interlocutor with core government reforms adopted in the framework of financial stabilization in Ukraine. In this context, Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Jean-Claude Juncker discussed the issues of efficient financial support of this process by the European Commission.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine and the President of the European Commission paid peculiar attention to the joint policy to counter the Russian aggression and the state of implementation of the Minsk Agreement. The Head of Government informed about relevant steps made by Ukraine, namely, recently adopted by the Verkhovna Rada amendments to the law on the special status of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

In the framework of the working visit to Brussels Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with President of the European Council Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland Ewa Kopacz.
