President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has held a phone conversation with Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić.
Petro Poroshenko has emphasized that Ukraine had always supported territorial integrity of Serbia. In his turn, Aleksandar Vučić has confirmed the recognition of Ukraine's territorial integrity.
The Head of State has informed on recent events in Donbas and expressed hope that Serbia, which is presiding in the OSCE, would use all opportunities for the full implementation of the Minsk agreements by all the parties.
The parties have agreed to coordinate efforts in order to increase the efficiency of the OSCE SMM monitoring. Particularly, they have underlined the need for increasing the number of inspectors and improving their technical support.
The Ukrainian President has urged Serbia to enhance criminal liability for the participation of Serbian citizens in illegal armed groups in Donbas. Aleksandar Vučić has assured that Serbia would follow the given principle with respect to the mercenaries.
The parties have exchanged invitations to make the state visits to Ukraine and Serbia.
